Can I
use WackyLands on my iPod™?
WackyLands is compatible with iPod touch™ and iPhone™ (First and
second generation). WackyLands is not compatible with other iPod
models.
How do
I find the file size of the game?
WackyLands Green uses approximately 10 MB of memory on your iPhone™
or iPod touch™.
Is the
game available in my language?
Language currently available is English only. Versions in other
languages are planned for the near future.
How do
I install WackyLands on my device?
To install WackyLands on your device, once you have purchased it,
connect your device to your computer and follow these
steps:
* In iTunes select your device in the DEVICES list.
* Select the Applications tab. Select Sync applications.
* Check "Sync applications" and then "Selected
applications".
* Select WackyLands from this list if necessary and click the
"Sync" button.
Will
the application run in my computer?
No. The application was designed for use on iPhone™ or iPod
touch™.
Do I
need Internet access to use WackyLands on my iPhone™
or iPod touch™?
No, you don't need Internet access to play WackyLands on your
iPhone™ or iPod touch™ once you have installed it in your device.
But if you have it, you will be able to access the WackyLands
Online Leaderboards from your device.
Why
can't I access the Online Leaderboards?
You must have Internet access when you wish to access the Online
Leaderboards from your iPhone™ or iPod touch™.
If you have Internet access but you are behind a firewall, make
sure the TCP port 443 is open. For further assistance contact your
ISP or network administrator.
Why are
my high scores not being posted to the Online
Leaderboards?
You must have Internet access at the time you achieve a high score
for your scores to be posted automatically to the Online
Leaderboards, otherwise they will be posted the next time you
access the Online Leaderboards from your iPhone™ or iPod
touch™.
Can I
play music on my device and play at the same time?
No, WackyLands uses the sound processor on your iPhone™ or iPod
touch™ to play back in-game music while you are playing.
How can
I remove the application from my device?
Connect the device to your computer. In iTunes:
* Select your device in the DEVICES list.
* Select the Applications tab.
* Check "Sync applications" and then "Selected
applications".
* Deselect the application you want to remove.
* Click the "Apply" button.
You will then be prompted for confirmation that you want to remove
the selected application.
How can
I see my local high scores?
From the main menu of each game in Play Mode, you can tap on the
box with the high score displayed to see your local high scores for
that game.
Why am
I having problems accessing the WackyLands Online Leaderboards
using the GPRS connection on my iPhone?
The current release of WackyLands Green has some minor issues with
the GPRS connection. If you are unable to access the Online
Leaderboards you can simply load Safari and then launch
WackyLands.
You will then be able to access the Online Leaderboards from within
the game. We will be addressing this issue in the next release of
WackyLands Green.
